The Sad Time of Year
Lets face it, its not exactly an economy that has most of us whistling "I'm in the Money!" as we go skipping down the street, and the demands and expectations often associated with this time of year, can really put a bunch of stress on all of us. I've heard accounts of some among us that have had a really hard time lately. My heart goes out to them, and my hand has gone out to them too. It is truly the time for all of us to be making the extra phone calls, the extra conversations, and the extra meetings for coffee to make sure that we are staying connected, and that we are outlets for those that are hurting to plug in to. Lets all try to keep those folks in our prayers, and in the front (not the back) of our minds as we go about our way this holiday season. And - to all of you; - Merry Christmas and a truly Happy, Grateful, and Serene New Year!
